You Are Not Alone.

You deserve support. You deserve safety. And you don't have to find your way alone.

We're Shay and Bradi. Two moms. Two kids each. Both divorced, both rebuilding — one of us remarried, one of us a domestic violence survivor and two-time suicide survivor. We spend our days helping families protect what matters, and we built this page to put real help in one place: crisis lines, shelters, housing, food, childcare, and free legal help across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston.

We check every number on this page on the 1st of every month and fix anything that changes. If a number ever doesn't work, dial 2-1-1 for live help — and please tell us, so we can update it. Save this page. Share it. Send it to somebody who needs it quietly.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Domestic Violence & Safety

Staying safe online: This page will appear in your browser history, and Quick Exit cannot erase that — it only leaves this page fast, to a neutral site. If someone may monitor your phone or computer, call a hotline from a safer phone instead, or view this page on a device they can't access. You can also delete this page from your history when you're done. Do what feels safest.
